in Germany
since 1987, when the Mayors of the two communities signed a charter in Bromley
to ratify the partnership. This relationship is fostered through the Bromley
Town Twinning Association.

leisure facilities. One of the famous historical attractions in the borough is
Darwin home - Down House.Here you can explore his home and see where Darwin
worked and absorb the calm and peaceful atmosphere that so inspired him. You can
also visit the world's first ‘theme park', located at Crystal Palace,
containing the recently restored dinosaur attraction.
